Book an appointment for a VIDEO ME Skin Consultation with our Director, Natasha Brock. During the consultation you will speak with Nat (via video call) about your skin concerns. She will recommend and talk with you about the products that she will personally design for your skin concerns, using specific ingredients that she knows will benefit and achieve your desired results.
We will face-time video-call you at your scheduled appointment time. If there is an outstanding balance on your order, this will need to be paid by account before the shipping of your products. The account details and outstanding amount of your order will be messaged to you for completion.
Video functionality is mandatory in order to examine your skin and recommend the products that are suitable. If you do not have video functionality, we are not able to complete the consultation and the consultation fee will be forfeited.
Once you complete the below Skin Consultation Form and advise your appointment times, we will be in contact to confirm your appointment time. Once booked, you are committed to that time slot. Please notify us within 24 hours of any changes to your appointment by messaging the Earth4Me facebook page. Please note: Changes made to appointments, with under 24 hours notice, may be subject to a $85 cancellation fee.
At the confirmed scheduled appointment time, we will attempt to call you a maximum of 2 times. Should you miss the calls for some reason, the consultation fee will be forfeited. If you choose not to purchase any products, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
